Do you have other sizes of duvet covers?
We offer Single, Double, King, and Superking sizes for your choice. If these don’t meet your needs, we can also customize a size for you. Please leave a note or message with the details, and we’ll get back to you during our working hours.
Do you have another duvet cover color?
Yes, we do! New colours will be available for pre‑order from 15th August. If you place a pre‑order, your duvet cover is expected to ship before 1st September.
We’ll also notify our email subscribers as soon as the new colours go live, so if you’re interested, subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
What makes Redssen bedding covers more convenient than traditional covers?
Redssen bedding covers are so much more convenient than traditional covers! Redssen covers are designed with the opening from the top to the front, and a long, smooth, durable zipper that opens and closes without snagging. Changing the duvet cover is a simple 3-step process: unzip the zipper, lay the duvet flat, and zipper it back up. The whole process is easy and convenient, and can be done by one person in less than 2 minutes. In addition, there are snap buttons at the corners of the duvet cover to secure the duvet cover, preventing it from shifting and curling, and keeping the bed clean and beautiful.
Is this bedding suitable for asthma or allergy sufferers?
Our comforter covers are made from soft, gentle, low-irritation materials, making them ideal for people with sensitive skin or those who prefer a cleaner, more comfortable night's sleep. While everyone is different, many of our customers with dust or fabric sensitivities report that they sleep more comfortably with a Redssen duvet cover.
Is this bedding anti-static?
This product uses a special process to treat the fabric, which effectively reduces the chance of static electricity. When you rub your body against the duvet cover in daily use, it can reduce the trouble of hair adsorption and clothing adhesion, and also reduce the problem of dust adsorption due to the accumulation of static electricity, keep the duvet cover clean for a long time, and create a comfortable sleeping environment for you.
Are the comforter and pillowcases washable?
Washing Temperature: It is recommended to use cold or lukewarm water (30-40℃) to wash the bed four-piece set. Higher water temperatures will shrink or fade the fabric.
Do not chlorine bleach: Use mild, non-irritating detergent, avoid using laundry detergent containing bleaching ingredients.
Machine Washable: Wash sheets, comforters and pillowcases using a gentle laundry program. It is recommended to use a laundry bag to protect the fabrics from excessive friction.
Orders and Delivery
Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
Normally, once checkout is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the U.S., UK, Germany, and Japan — with more regions coming soon.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Generally speaking, All orders are processed within 24 working hours. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.. In case of force majeure factors (such as weather, holidays, promotional activities, etc.), the delivery time may be delayed, we will promptly notify you by SMS or email.
How long does it take for Delivery?
International shipping: 3-10 business days(Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to holidays or customs inspections. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Processing time: All orders will be processed within 24 business hours. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact support@redssenhome.com.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Currently we do not support specifying a specific delivery time, but we will try to deliver at a time that is convenient for you. If you have special needs, please specify in the order notes and we will try to coordinate.
Tracking Number Issues with Amazon Fulfillment on Shopify
If your order was fulfilled by Amazon, the tracking number may not work on Shopify’s page due to Amazon’s independent shipping process.

Returns and Refunds
Under what conditions can I return an item?
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise, if the merchandise is in new condition, unused, unwashed, complete in its original packaging (including hangtags, labels, etc.) and does not affect secondary sales, you may apply for a return.
Who pays for the return postage?
If you return an item due to quality issues, we will bear the return postage. You can pay the postage in advance, keep the courier receipt, we will refund the postage in the refund
If the return is due to personal reasons, you need to bear the return postage. We suggest you choose regular courier, and keep the courier documents and logistics information for checking.
How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Please be patient and contact us if you have any questions.
