Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 working hours. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at support@redssenhome.com

  • Shipping Method: We use economy shipping for all orders.

  • International shipping：3-10 business days (Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to holidays or customs inspections. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Used or washed items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Return shipping is free, and we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all eligible returns.

  • How to return? To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@redssenhome.com before sending the item back. A return label will be provided. 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
